We're planning to remove ErrmsgCommandDeprecated, and add multitenancy support to the other Commands types, so we'll need to convert any remaining ErrmsgCommandDeprecated commands. This ticket is to change the HashCmd to a BasicCommand - the definition of the existing errmsgRun function should remain the same, but we'll have to change the signature to override BasicCommand::run rather than errmsgRun.
