ExchangeConsumer doesn't propagate doSaveState call to ExchangeProducer

      The “ExchangeConsumer” removes its children after opening the “ExchangeProducer”. which means during yielding, the “saveState” call doesn’t propagate to the tree below “ExchangeProducer” correctly.
