      At the moment the change stream multitenant pass-throughs run only in all-feature-flag variants. After the multitenancy support is fully ready with the required testing support, we should attempt to run change stream multitenant pass-throughs in all the required variants. They should run in all variants as the existing current change pass-throughs run.
