      SERVER-66494 added support for TLS connection to LDAP servers via SRV records. 

      Test cases could not be added for this scenario due to TLS issues between Ubuntu and test LDAP server.
      SERVER-67339 extended LDAP dns tests to run on RHEL 8.0, we can now add tests cases to run explicitly on RHEL 8.0
