BSON column with non-zero delta after interleave end should uassert

      A BSON column can have a zero delta after interleave end to indicate that the previous object should be repeated. However a non-zero delta in this case doesn't make sense and should result in a uassert. Currently this scenario hits a MONGO_UNREACHABLE instead.
