Add an internal _shardsvrWriteGlobalIndexKeys command which accepts an array of _shardsvrInsertGlobalIndexKey and _shardsvrInsertGlobalIndexKey statements and performs writes to potentially multiple global index containers in a single network round trip.

The command supports only _shardsvrInsertGlobalIndexKey and _shardsvrInsertGlobalIndexKey statements and must run inside a multi-document transaction.
