There are no build profiles that accommodate for external builders who don't have access to the mongodbtoolchain or icecream.

Also, the default build profile is the original settings before build profiles were implemented – not necessarily the default build profile you should use when building. This naming/documentation should be improved since it is user facing.

The "default" build profile is usable for external builders, so we should leave that as is. We just need to update the documentation to explicitly tell external builders to use the "default" build profile & tell internal engineers to use the "san" build profile.
