Tests that are incompatible with tenant migrations may be incompatible for more than one reason.  A number of timeseries tests were deemed incompatible with tenant migration passthroughs due to requires_getmore did not list additional incompatibility tags, for example requires_multi_updates.  Once they are no longer incompatible with tenant migrations due to requires_getmore, this tag was removed exposing them to the passthrough tests when they are still incompatible because they use multi updates.  We need to add the requires_multi_updates tag to any tests affected by SERVER-63590, and ensure passthrough is once again excluded from these tests.
