PIT instantiated CollectionImpl lifetime should be tied to storage transaction lifetime

      Multiple lookups from the CollectionCatalog for the same collection should re-use the previously instantiated CollectionImpl instead of performing the instantiation at every lookup.

      When a storage snapshot is abandoned all these Collections should be released.
