Have CollectionUUIDMismatchInfo to store DatabaseName object

      Today, the CollectionUUIDMismatchInfo class stores db name string.

      In this ticket, we will change it to store DatabaseName so that it can indicate the specific tenant db. Then, the call places which extract the info can exactly know the tenant and db.

      Note, the tenant info should not be serialized into BSON as the tenant is used only for internal data isolation.
