      Histogram bucket interpolation is implemented against the hist-ce experimental branch.

      This task should:

      • Apply the implementation into the appropriate file(s) in master.
        • commit 5812d1b91aa2f99524c5d892cf93135ce517b616 in hist-ce branch
      • Add unit tests based on pre-recorded and hand-crafted histograms.
        • The current unit test estimator_interpolation_tes.cpp uses  dataset generation and maxx_diff histograms, which are not yet available in master. The tests need to be replaced with queries over hand-crafted histograms.
