      Extend CE to cover all dataflow nodes in addition to Sargable and Filter nodes:

        - Non-trivial ones, described in the design:
          UnionNode, LimitSkipNode, GroupByNode, UnwindNode, BinaryJoinNode.
        - Trivial ones:
          MemoLogicalDelegatorNode, CollationNode, EvaluationNode - these just propagate their input CE.
