Under SERVER-63019 the timeout was reduced as a temporary solution to a BF. This lead to other problems, leading to SERVER-66540, which explains the true problem that was happening in the BF. The timeout change has also caused a race in the test, so we should restore the original timeout now that SERVER-66540 is in place.
