debian mongodb package ignores some important parts of /etc/mongodb.conf

      init script of debian package overrides some important settings in /etc/mongodb.conf file... thoose are, database path and log file location. here is little patch that i made for this...

      i just commented that lines... maybe you want to remove them completely.
