      We should update the stable API README with some recent updated changes:

      • renamed unstable -> stability
      • Clarifying the difference between stability: unstable vs stability: internal
      • Clarifying usages of IGNORE_STABLE_TO_UNSTABLE_LIST and ALLOWED_STABLE_FIELDS_LIST
