      Implement conversion from document BSON into in memory representation that will be returned by StatsCacheLoaderImpl::getStats()

      Currently CE uses  and ce::CollectionStatistics, ce::ArrayHistogram and ce::ScalarHistogram classes.

      The ticket needs to document persistent stats representation that can be easily parsed into the classes constituting ce::CollectionStatistics
