Add ycsb-60GB.long task to sys-perf

      A new longer YCSB 60GB task was added to DSI in PERF-2391. This needs to be added to system_perf.yml in the 10gen/mongo repo.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • The ycsb-60GB.long task will run in sys-perf on Evergreen. It should run on all variants that ycsb-60GB currently runs on.
