The CollectionIndexes version has the same problem that the ChunkVersion does, which is that there is not always a way to compare the versions if the epoch/timestamp has changed. We will need to create a ComparableIndexVersion similar to the ComparableChunkVersion to handle the case in which one version is unsharded and one is not for use in the IndexCache.
