There currently exists requires_fcv_xx tags in the repo that reference an FCV that is older than any version we run in our multiversion testing on the master branch. See here for an example. We should remove them. We have a history of bugs in our test infrastructure (https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-67791) incorrectly excluding these tests from running even though those tags should have no effect once we have branched to a new enough version.
