hang analyzer core dumps should not wait for symbols

      Generating a core dump does not required symbols to be loaded. Also, if symbols are not loaded the memory requirements should be substantially less, and we could generate coredumps in parallel.

      We should also weigh on the fly compression for better IO if many processes are writing to disk, vs the extra cost of cpu.
