Serialize and deserialize the namespace correctly in the listCatalog agg stage in multitenant environment

      Change CommonMongodProcessInterface::getCatalogEntry such that it properly serializes the database name. Use the helper in NamespaceStringUtils::serialize to do so.

      Also deserialize the "ns" field using NamespaceStringUtils::deserialize to correctly construct the NamespaceString here.
