Currently the three tests (native_tenant_data_isolation_stop_restart.js, native_tenant_data_isolation_basic_dollar_tenant.js, and native_tenant_data_isolation_basic_security_token.js) run only with multitenancySupport enabled. We should now be able to run them with featureFlagRequireTenantId as well.

We have two options to do this -
1. Re-enable featureFlagRequireTenantId to run by default in the feature flags build variants by removing it from this list, so they will be run with the feature flag only on the allFeatureFlagsVariants. (This is dependent on oplog application work being done first).
2. Enable the feature flag in the tests themselves, so that we have tests that run with and without the feature flag on.
