      Right now getSpaceUsedBytes() returns a constant. This ticket is to do the correct thing in that function, and also avoid any code duplication between WiredTigerIndex and WiredTigerColumnStore. We should make sure to get a storage-exec reviewer for this ticket.

       

      This is split off from SERVER-65980.
