The internal_transactions_setFCV.js FSM workload runs the setFeatureCompatibilityVersion command while other FSM workloads are running when it runs in the concurrency_simultaneous_replication*.yml test suites. This can cause other FSM workloads to fail because they depend on features which are only available in the latest FCV version.

The internal_transactions_setFCV.js FSM workload should be configured to not run in the following test suites:

• concurrency_simultaneous_replication.yml
• concurrency_simultaneous_replication_wiredtiger_cursor_sweeps.yml
• concurrency_simultaneous_replication_wiredtiger_eviction_debug.yml
