Add better logging for parallel shardingtest shutdown and change flakey tests to serial shutdown

      Some tests are flakey with a parallel shutdown because the nodes can be seen as not alive by parallel test shutdown because these tests change the replSetConfig. These flakey tests are causing a lot of BFGs and should be changed back to using a serial shutdown.

       

      Additionally, add better logging to debug these failures in the future.
