Investigate if we can lower the number of deletions in a TTL pass

      This stems from the TTL investigation performed in the context of PERF-3049 and SERVER-70391.

      In it we found the TTL number of documents deleted per pass to be quite high. We should investigate whether there is a performance improvement if we reduce it to something much more reasonable like 1k or not.
