The "No more auto splitter (NOMAS)" feature flags were originally enabled in 6.1.0 but - now the project has been backported to 6.0.3 - they have also been enabled on the v6.0 branch.

Since the project has been backported to v6.0, there are some tests consistently failing in multiversion suites running the following combinations of mixed binaries: v6.0-v6.1 and v6.0-v6.2-rc0 . The failures are not real issues as they are happening only because a lot of tests are based on the feature flag value and expect the legacy behavior on v6.0.

Purpose of this ticket is to change the version of such feature flags on latest branches (v6.1 and master) to 6.0 rather than the current 6.1.
