Blocklist command_let_variables_merge_only.js from shard_merge_multi_stmt_txn_jscore_passthrough

      shard_merge_multi_stmt_txn_jscore_passthrough test suite wraps all CRUD commands in transactions and validates that the transactions are committed/aborted correctly while tenant migrations are running: see PM-2353 for details about migrations.

      We need to blocklist command_let_variables_merge_only.js tests since it uses $out not-supported by transactions.
