      As a result of SERVER-67597, we only set bucketRoundingSeconds in the case where we set custom bucketing parameters. In cases where the granularity is either seconds, minutes or hours, we do not set bucketRoundingSeconds in the TimeseriesOptions. Check if the new logic around setting bucketRoundingSeconds can help us simplify checks in timeseries_options.
