      We need to:
      1. Error if a request includes any expressions that run javascript ($where, $function, $accumulator, mapReduce)
      2. Exclude any tests from our passthrough tests which use expressions that run javascript ($where, $function, $accumulator, mapReduce), i.e. jstests/core/count.js
