    Description

When a database is dropped, its metadata document is removed from the config.databases collection. This operation is actually queried by UUID, and our plan is to remove this information from the database metadata (see SERVER-69585).

Goal of this task is to change the query used to remove the database metadata in order to use the timestamp instead. This is a required task before to actually remove the UUID from the database metadata without introducing backward-compatibility issues.
