Track _numsorted, _bytesSorted, and _memUsed in sorter for queries

      As part of SERVER-67903 and SERVER-72328, we report numSorted, bytesSorted, memUsage, and memAllocated to serverStatus. These stats in column store currently populate as 0. We should consider adding tracking for them in column store and reporting them as well in query sorter stats.

      We should also remove this TODO.
