This may not be possible, but it would be great if we could parametrize which TPC-H queries should be run in evergreen.yml, rather than marking some queries as no-ops in Genny, or explicitly selecting which queries should be run in the test control itself, as will be done in PERF-3226. It will make adding new TPC-H workloads easier and reduce maintenance cost of the workload if the dataset changes for whatever reason.

This will likely require changes in the dsi, server, and genny repositories, so this may need to spawn two additional tickets.
