      When we calibrate Cost Model we need to apply additional filters for the following ABT nodes:

      • IndexScan and PhysicalScan- make sure that all queries come from "small query" collection since large queries spoils interception.
      • Filter - we calibrate filter just for a subset of possible operations in this iteration.
