      Here are some metrics fields that are present in resharding, but not yet implemented in global indexes:

      remainingOperationTimeEstimatedSecs
      approxBytesToScan
      approxDocumentsToProcess
      countWritesToStashCollections - this does not apply to global indexes. Should move it from instance_metrics to resharding_metrics
