      The FLE2IndexedEqualityEncryptedValue struct should have its parsing and serialization code replaced with calls to _mc_FLE2IndexedEqualityEncryptedValue_t functions.

      The public methods of FLE2IndexedEqualityEncryptedValue should remain the same as FLE2IndexedEqualityEncryptedValue has type safe tokens which are harder to misuse then the _mc_FLE2IndexedEqualityEncryptedValue_t struct.
