      The FLE2IndexedRangeEncryptedValue struct should have its parsing and serialization code replaced with calls to _mc_FLE2IndexedRangeEncryptedValue_t functions.

      The public methods of FLE2IndexedRangeEncryptedValue should remain the same as FLE2IndexedRangeEncryptedValue has type safe tokens which are harder to misuse then the _mc_FLE2IndexedRangeEncryptedValue_t struct.
