The MinValueMixedHistogramFromData test builds a histogram from mixed types data and results in different histograms on Linux and MacOs build. As a result some cardinality estimates are different across the platforms and the test fails.

Disable this test until further investigation of the histogram building algorithm (SERVER-71376)
