      Rather than using explicitly setting timeouts in pymongo code for tooling metrics collection, we can use pymongo.timeout() after pymongo is upgraded to 4.2: https://pymongo.readthedocs.io/en/stable/api/pymongo/index.html#:~:text=Use%20timeout()%20in%20a%20with%2Dstatement%3A
