      Motivation:

      In order to help the Cloud InTel team estimate the load of query shapes to ingest for CLOUDP-120670 Collect Abstracted Query Analytics, we want to be able to estimate the number of query shapes. 

      Exposing the plan cache size in serverStatus is a low-cost way of getting a rough estimate of the # of query shapes customers run.
