[v5.0] txn_index_catalog_changes.js runs on storage engines that do not support snapshot reads

      The txn_index_catalog_changes.js test uses snapshot readConcern. On v5.0, we still ran tests with ephemeralForTest (in addition to wiredTiger) which does not support snapshot reads.
