Remove Amazon Linux 1 builders from mongodb-mongo-master-nightly

      We are no longer releasing on that platform as of MongoDB 6.0, but the builders are still present in mongodb-mongo-master-nightly. This is an obstacle for rolling out the v4 toolchain because we opted, based on our understanding that Amazon Linux 1 was EOL as of 6.0, to not produce a v4 toolchain for the platform.
