Process transaction metadata via the TxnRouter when using AsyncRPC::sendTxnCommand

      Ensure that transaction-related metadata is extracted from the BSON response received from any response to a command sent by async_rpc::sendTxnCommand, and that such metadata is appropriately passed on to the TxnRouter for processing via it's processReplyMetadata member function.
