We should add testing that ensures CSI behaves correctly with $indexStats, listIndexes, change streams DDL events, and C2C (the latter may come "for free").

This will also involve testing the 'accesses' value that $indexStats reports, to ensure that the counter we bump each time the index is used is correct.
