      The new passthrough suite should:

      • hook on db.runCommand()
      • detect change stream aggregation pipelines
      • inject change events > 16MB by inserting/updating a large document
      • add changeStreamSplitLargeEvent stage and run the pipeline
      • verify and filter-out fragmented events from the output
