Add serversStatus metrics to emuBinary to track
1. Aggregated time spent in emuBinary as millis
2. Aggregated number of lookups in emuBinary
3. Number of times emuBinary is preformed (i.e. bump a counter each time it is called)

This way we can compute things like average time per emubinary or average searches per emubinary. This will only be supported if the setParameter `testingDiagnosticsEnabled` is true
