Auto sampleRate for analyze commands

      Implement an "auto" (subject to scope approval)  value for sampleRate in analyze command.

      Since the stage memory limit is 100Mb the analyze  command can not support any sampleRate for collections of any size. The analyze with this sampleRate will use the maximum possible sampleRate to compute the most accurate histograms.
