Change TenantAllDatabaseCloner to use DatatbaseName object

      Today, the TenantAllDatabaseCloner use string tenant id and string db names.

      In this ticket, we will change it to use DatabaseName object.

      Also, change the TenantDatabaseCloner to use DatabaseName object in this ticket if the work effort is not too much.
