SERVER-71651 is a more complex task than initially thought and serves as a blocker for multiple other tasks in milestone 1. In order to unblock the rest of milestone 1 we will do this ticket to implement hand parsing of the input BSON and later go back and spend the time to do it the correct way.

Input should be able to parse correct forms of Insert / Update / Delete commands as spec'd in the design document
