In ~~SERVER-69168~~ we cleaned up the time-series tags and suites. However, some of the exclusions were too broad and we have been excluding time-series tests from sharding passthrough suites, such as sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough.

We should re-enable that passthrough coverage. For individual tests that would fail, we can leave a TODO and fix in a follow-up ticket.
